Prenatal Yoga ~ Nourish your Soul



This 30 minute practice is designed to bring fluidity into your body, especially your hips. Included are a few side body stretches, classic poses (Adho Mukha Svanasana, Prasarita Padottanasana, Parsvakonasana, Baddha Konasana) and hip openers.

While this is a prenatal appropriate practice, non-pregnant yogi’s may enjoy it too!
